A Singaporean native who possesses a strong passion for culinary art, whom, obtained over 20 years of extensive culinary experience.
Peter Koh, as a chef, served in various fairly high-profile restaurants in his home-town and in Shanghai, China. Amongst those in Singapore are The Royal Mail, Marmalade, Skyve Wine Bistro and Hotel 1929's Restaurant Ember. While in Shanghai, China, he served in Moon's Steakhouse at Swissotel Grand, Shanghai.
On his culinary journey, he was featured by high-profile food blogger, Daniel Food Diary and participated in culinary competitions. Also, his creations were published in Wine and Dine magazine.
